What is Farteez?​

Farteez is brand new as of 2020, however, we have many years of experience working in the apparel industry for several iconic brands that you would be familiar with. We are determined to take our vast experience and knowledge, plus our creativity, and pour it into this new venture with passion and integrity.

What is Direct To Garment Printing?​

Direct to garment printing has evolved considerably over the past 20 years. Sometimes referred to as DTG or Print on Demand, a DTG printer prints directly onto a garment with water based inks leaving a super soft hand feel to the inks surface. Imagine a desktop printer 4 times the size and instead of printing on paper, it prints on garments. For dark garments, there is also an initial step call "pretreat". That is the application of a bonding agent which is necessary to print on darks and to prevent the inks from washing away. When you receive your order, you may see a slight square ring around your graphic. If it is present, rest assured, it is nothing to be concerned with. The pretreat will come out in the first washing of your garment. 

 

How Do I Care For My Garment?​

Each order will come with a sticker with the proper care instructions placed somewhere prominent on your order. Instructions are very simple: Wash inside out in cold water ONLY (even whites), tumble dry inside out or hang to dry. You should always wash new clothes before wearing, including ours. By following these simple care instructions, your favorite shirt will stay in great shape!

What about the Fabric and Sizing of Your Apparel Product?

In the first phase of our business rollout, we are limiting the product offering to a few styles, mens (unisex) and women's tees.  Our product is either 100% soft cotton or a tri-blend mix of cotton and man made fibers. Prints on tri-blends will have more of a "worn in" appearance, with the print possibly taking on some dye migration from the fabric. Sizing and fit charts can be accessed by clicking HERE. As we evolve and introduce new products to the site, this page will be updated with additional information to help you with your selections and choices.

 

​When Will I Get My Order?​

We will ship your order within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your order, sometimes sooner. Once shipped, you will receive your purchase in 5-7 business days along with a tracking number sent to you via email.



Payment & Shipping?

Payment will be made when you complete your online order. Payment will include the cost of the product + applicable sales tax... SHIPPING IS FREE!  You will see the total cost before you submit your order. We accept all major credit cards. If you run into any difficulty at checkout, please contact us at: customerservice@farteez.com. We cannot accept cash or personal checks as payment. All payments will be processed through Square. Shipping will be direct to the address on the order and sent via standard delivery by USPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is on it's way.

Returns and Exchanges?

If you are not happy with your order because of quality or something we did or didn't do, we want to make it right. Your satisfaction and loyalty are important to us. We simply request that you contact our customer service team to let them know of your request to return your item at customerservice@farteez.com. We will gladly exchange, replace, or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Merchandise must be returned NEW and in its original state. No returns or exchanges can be given on used or worn product.
